Our pasture raised eggs come from small flocks of laying hens that live a truly free-ranging life on fresh grass pasture. They are able to express their inner chicken with ample space to move, peck, dust bathe, forage and experience the changing seasons in the open air. Their laying house is completely mobile which allows us to move them onto fresh pasture every few days. In addition to their wild forage, they are given a wholegrain feed that is milled in Victoria from Australian grown grains and legumes and is GM free. We do not use egg colorants, antibiotics, vaccinations or animal derived feed – we think the beautiful golden yokes of our pastured eggs speak for themselves!
